Since the beginning of this year, Sixian County has been closely focusing on high-quality development, adhering to key tasks such as technology enterprise entrepreneurship and cultivation, and technology achievement transformation, establishing and improving a regional science and technology innovation system, and driving development through innovation.
Actively and steadily promote the development of high-tech industries. Continuously promote the "Four Deliveries and One Service" Double Thousand Project, optimize the environment for scientific and technological innovation, strengthen cooperation and linkage between parks and departments, strengthen the cultivation of high-tech enterprises, and increase investment and research and development in high-tech industries. This year, 12 new high-tech enterprises have been cultivated, 11 new high-tech enterprises have been declared, and it is expected that the actual number of high-tech enterprises will be 20. One technology-based enterprise will be attracted, and 8 new technology-based enterprises will be added.

Strengthen the management and implementation of technology plan projects. Actively undertake technology plan projects, strengthen project management, and improve project implementation efficiency. Organize the application for one special entry project in the rural area for "2020 Science and Technology Poverty Alleviation and Revolutionary Old Areas"; Organize 5 nominations for Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Awards; Organize the application of 12 municipal science and technology plan projects, and organize the application of 10 municipal science and technology plan projects for the year 2019; Organize the application for four major provincial science and technology projects in 2019. As of now, a total of 93 national scientific and technological achievements have been registered.
Strengthen research and development funding investment and industry university research cooperation. Strengthen key research and development, guide and support enterprises to strengthen docking and cooperation with major institutions such as University of Science and Technology of China, University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Northwest A&F University, etc. in key technology research and development such as science and technology plans and major science and technology projects, and make up for the shortcomings of research and development capabilities in Si County. Guide and support enterprises in attracting intelligence. More than 30 high-level talents are needed for flexible introduction of enterprises. Promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Collaborating with Anhui Institute of Smart Industry, we have released two issues of the Compilation of Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Projects, promoting 731 science and technology achievement transformation projects.
